  I can not start to thank Michael, Kate, Natalie and all the staff for looking after my Audi SQ5. You have all been amazing and my all but brand new car is back to looking brand new . It was the longest 5 weeks without it but I am one very happy customer and on top of it all they gave me a thank you gift for using their service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. A BIG SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU

  We were recommended to have our car repaired with Graeme Cuthberts following a car accident our son had . It was decision we are so happy we made. The service from Mike and Kate was outstanding from the first communication we had with them. Throughout the whole repair process we were kept up to date with the progress.
  Delivery was quicker than thought and the car looks fantastic. Cannot thank the team enough. Highly recommend your business.

  This is the second time I have gone to Cuthberts and I’m so glad I did. Once again, they did a 10/10 job. I worked in the auto parts industry for 10 years and I have dealt with a lot of panel shops so I know quality work when I see it - these guys are at the top of their game. The car was immaculately clean when I picked it up. They always gave me their time when I had questions and managed expectations regarding completion. Thanks for the lovely gifts, we were not expecting it! You have a customer for life

  I could not recommend Graeme Cuthbert Smash Repairs enough. From my initial call after an accident through to the repairs and pick up, the service received was above and beyond, when I say that I genuinely mean it! A special thanks to Michael who made a terrible situation a little easier to bear, you are a true gentleman. Cannot thank the team and Michael enough for the incredible job on my 2020 G20 BMW. It’s hard to put into words on a review how grateful I am to have come across a business who truly delivers not only on quality but also genuine customer service - Do not hesitate if you’re looking for a smash repairer, you will not be disappointed.   We had car accident recently, the other driver ran the red lights and smashed into our car straight into the driver's side. Car was badly damaged, and we were lucky we were not badly hurt. We chose to use Graeme Cuthbert Automotive, an independent repairer, again for our car repairs, as they were recommended by friends and we had used them before, and found them to be honest and great to deal with, and also did great repairs, (compared to some other repairers recommended by the car insurer that we had dealt with previously). Kate from Cuthbert Automotive, whom we spoke to, is a very lovely and patient lady, and she advised and assisted us throughout this traumatic time, from getting our car to be towed from the tow yard to their car yard for insurance assessment and repairs, to claiming from our car insurer, and keeping us updated throughout the entire time. Kate also helped us organized a loan car for us from their company, and went the extra mile in getting one of the staff, Natalie, to help pick us up at the train station to get to their office, as we had no means of getting to their office without a car. We have just gotten our car back, in about half the time quoted us by other repairers recommended by the insurer! Our car is beautifully repaired, and the damaged areas look like new. Michael and the rest of the Cuthbert team did a brilliant job with our car, and also kept us updated about the car repairs during the repair time. We are very thankful and appreciative of the entire Cuthbert team. Definitely recommend them to everyone who need a car repairer. To note also is that Graeme Cuthbert Automotive is an independent (i.e., not tied to the car insurers) and they will help fight for you, and does a better job, from beginning to end, compared to most repairers recommended by the car insurers. Our car insurer's call center staff had originally insisted we use their recommended repairers but after we spoke to a few, we found those insurer recommended repairers couldn't care less about us, and none will loan us a car either. We are glad we insisted on using Cuthbert Automotive to our insurer, as allowed by our insurance contract. Thanks again very much, to the entire Graeme Cuthbert Automotive team.

  I was hit in the side door of my 4 week old car by a careless driver which left me needing a serious repair. I had a friend who recently had a car repaired at Graeme Cuthbert in Box Hill who was extremely pleased, so took it there for a quote under his recommendation. Talk about problem solved. They took my details and the keys, gave me a loan car and took care of everything. Car came back like new. Thanks again to Ian and David. Will certainly come back next time a need a repair.
