I have lived near this store for almost two years now and I feel like they've only got the order 100% correct about 20% of the time. And if they do get the order right, you have to sit in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes most of the time, even for a couple of coffees at a quiet time. Terrible customer service, terrible use of time, the ice cream machine is literally never working and they more than often not, are cash only.
This store needs a makeover from the bottom up.
